We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

What items can't be returned or exchanged?
Because of the nature of some items, unless they arrive damage or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
● Custom or personalized orders
● Intimate items (for health and hygiene reasons)
● Items on SALE
Condition of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Orders received Monday-Friday before Noon ship the Same Day.
What are Tropickini's shipping rates?
All orders over $100.00 receive automatic Free USPS First Class Mail.
All domestic orders under $100.00 and under 16oz ship for a flat rate of $7.50 via USPS First Class Mail.
